the Bear SG i know that feeling... i remember when our tech side idiots put up an email which was a few megabytes to everyone in the organisation... all opened it at the same time as all are on Lotus Notes *you've got mail!".. the bloody server overloaded and died... i screamed blue murder at them because i was waiting for a very important email to come in.. the whole network just shut down... i ranted so much and so loud that the senior management got wind of it (they were on the same floor as i was then) and instructed.. nay.. commanded in no uncertain terms that they were not to send crap that huge again to everyone in the organisation..
